I once learned this way of thinking. And it sometimes works for me, so I thought I´d try again and more times than I did before. I will try to fit it into my schedule.
When you are laying, sitting, or in a space for too long, count down from five, slowly, then make a move. For example, when your alarm goes off in the morning, and you want to lay in bed, but you know that you should get up and start your day, for yourself and your health wellbeing. You count. Lay there, you start, five..four..three..two..one, then roll out of bed, pick what you wear that day, and start your day.
I know that this is a small blog post, but I wanted to explain this method that I learned.
It works! Sometimes.
